Cancellation Policy
If I do not hear from you and it is 30+ min passed your appointment time, we will need to reschedule!
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another appointment one time within 3 months. Anything passed needs a new deposit collected.
If you cancel within 72 hrs the deposit is not transferable & you must pay a new deposit to book.
If you no show me you will be blacklisted from scheduling with me again.
